To open an account on DB Bajee, you must meet the following conditions. These apply to all members, and failure to comply may result in account termination.

DB Bajee reserves the right to reject any account registration for any reason, particularly if inconsistencies are found in the information provided or if any details are suspected to be false.

You are solely responsible for keeping your DB Bajee account secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone — not even family members or close friends.

• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you log in from a public or shared computer, always log out when your session is over.
• Do not click on unknown or suspicious links.
• If you notice any unrecognized activity on your account, contact support immediately.

If you suspect your account credentials have been compromised or that there has been unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify our support team. DB Bajee will not be liable for any transactions that occur before you report the issue.

Deposits and withdrawals on DB Bajee are subject to specific rules designed to ensure the security and transparency of the platform.

Deposit Rules:

• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules:

The following rules apply to all betting activity on DB Bajee and are binding for all Members. They are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Market odds may change before an event begins — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or does not take place, DB Bajee will settle all bets in accordance with its own rules.
• If a bet is partially or fully voided due to a technical issue, DB Bajee reserves the right to review and reconsider the outcome.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by market and event.

DB Bajee reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (such as odds that are significantly too low or too high). In such cases, the full stake will be refunded to the member.

For live (in-play) betting, odds updates may be delayed due to server lag or connectivity issues. DB Bajee reserves the right to apply updated odds to bets placed during such periods.

DB Bajee's bonus and promotional offers are exclusive benefits for our members. However, they come with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement (WR).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement (WR) has been met.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — they will expire if not used within the specified timeframe.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• For referral bonuses, both accounts must be active and verified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DB Bajee. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Exploiting any vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Spreading false information to damage DB Bajee's reputation.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, DB Bajee reserves the right to take appropriate action — ranging from account suspension to legal proceedings.

DB Bajee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If issues arise during identity verification.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the Member requests account closure themselves.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal, provided all applicable conditions have been met.

DB Bajee is committed to providing the highest standard of service. However, DB Bajee's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet connection failure.
• If a delay occurs due to issues with a third-party service (payment gateway).
• In the event of an unexpected technical issue that causes a temporary service interruption.
• If account losses result from the Member's own negligence.

DB Bajee is not liable for any personal financial losses resulting from betting under any circumstances. Betting is a risk-based activity and Members participate entirely at their own discretion.

DB Bajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
